100 Women Who Care
Halton Hills is a group of women in Halton Hills who care deeply about contributing to the community's health and vitality. Each quarter, we meet for one hour and make a $100 donation to a local charity or not for profit organization voted on by the members.
At each meeting, registration and networking begin at 6:00pm. The meeting runs from 7:00-8:00pm. There is social time afterwards.
100 Women Halton Hills
just hosted its 10th donation meeting (and the 4th one to be held virtually) on
February 16, 2021.
The chosen charity was
Lins2Care (Community Giving Program, Halton Hills). We are now up to 101 members! But our goal is unlimited - so keep spreading the word!!!
1 hour + $100 x 100 women = $10,000 x 4 times per year = $40,000 per year invested in Halton Hills.
This is a grassroots mobilization of fundraising for community-focused impact. We are not a registered charity, non-profit organization or club. We are simply volunteer facilitators who provide a forum for local women to connect, and support local charities and not-for-profits in a dynamic way.

A note on announcement requests on behalf of community groups, personal, and political interests…
While we appreciate your enthusiasm for wanting to share the 100 WWCHH forum to promote other causes you are passionate about, we have promised our members that we will strictly adhere to our one-hour meeting timeline. Due to this time constraint, and in fairness to all members, we must respectfully decline requests to make announcements at our meetings. Having said that, we encourage you to become a member of our organization and join us for informal networking before and after each meeting.

The estate of Fred Helson kindly provides non-alcoholic beverages at our meetings.
